We are a boutique consultancy helping organisations to improve their performance.  Established in 2012, we are based in Cheshire but work across the UK and beyond.  We combine the latest learning in Behavioural Science with the best Change Management techniques, including Lean and Six Sigma.  Our people are the real deal; we have decades of experience and the empathy that comes with that.

Nerys gets teams fired-up about making it better. Looking at the data, visualising problems, listening to staff and helping them achieve huge improvements with right-first-time. Following an MBA and the learning curve of a start-up she fell in love with Lean Six Sigma in 2010 and has been helping teams transform themselves ever since.

James Aherne

James helps organisations set inspiring visions underpinned by clear strategic objectives. He then works with the management hierarchy and social systems to achieve engagement at all levels with particular focus on “middle management”. He understands that tools alone will not breed success; it’s the people that will make the transformation.  James is an active member of the British Quality Foundation and can certify candidates.
